One trend I was happy to see at the Global Pet Expo was that pet products are becoming more eco-friendly. From making collars and leashes out of recycled plastic bottles or old bicycle tubes to making storage containers from recycled milk jugs, I was thrilled to see this change!
Another way I like to go green is to plant a pet friendly garden on my apartment patio with everything from fresh herbs to beautiful flowers. I may even try to grow my own watermelon this year. Call me nuts!
And of course, we can’t forget about wearing green for St. Patrick’s Day! Luna thinks she has this one down. What do you think?
