I’m a bit late to the game and A to Z Challenge today. Easter weekend sure tired me out! I was definitely not ready for Monday to come so quickly. Despite it being Monday, I’m really excited to tell you about a great new product coming from a brand I love for the letter ‘E’.
For a long time, I’ve had an emergency leash in my car in case Luna’s failed, she got loose, or I came across a stray. I needed a leash I could depend on at a whim and the brand I chose was Lupine. They guarantee their collars and leashes even if they are chewed! So while, this leash is sitting in my car and isn’t getting chewed, I trust that it will work.
When I ran into Lupine at the Global Pet Expo back in March, I was really excited to learn more about them and the products that they offer. Then, when they asked Luna and I to do a product review, I was ecstatic!
Before the Global Pet Expo, I was familiar with Lupine’s original designer patterned leashes and collars, but hadn’t yet learned about their new ECO Collection or the even newer CLUB line, which has the look and feel of your favorite polo shirt!
The ECO Collection is, of course, eco-friendly and is made of recycled plastic bottles. When the folks at Lupine told me that, I was blown away! How could plastic bottles be turned into a comfortable dog collar or leash?
I don’t know how, but let me tell you they did it. These collars don’t feel any less soft or comfortable than your standard nylon webbing dog collar. Not only are the ECO collar and leashes comfortable and strong, they come with the same great even if chewed guarantee.
My favorite thing about the ECO Collection is the vibrant color options that are perfect for spring! Luna tried out the Sunshine and Coral options, but I wouldn’t mind having each and every one in my collection. Other colors include Tropical Sea, Lilac, Granite, Moss, Pumpkin, Berry, and Mountain Lake.
Each color comes in collars, leashes, and harnesses in a variety of different sizes. The cost depends on the size of the product, but collars range from $9.99 to $19.99, leashes range from $14.99 to $19.99, and harnesses range from $17.99 to $29.99. You can buy them all on Lupine’s website.
For our kitty friends, they even make cat safety collars with a bell for $9.99!
I love the growing eco-friendly trend in the pet industry and am happy to give back to the earth and used recycled products, especially when they still keep Luna safe and stylish like Lupine’s ECO Collection.
