I love to create things.
I made my coffee table out of wine crates. I decorate for every holiday and make most of my decorations. I think there is nothing better than a home cooked meal. And I often start the next task before I complete the first one.
That’s right. For every finished recipe or craft you see me post, I probably have three more than I didn’t finish or had something go horribly wrong. But that doesn’t stop me from loving to make things.
How satisfying is it when someone asks “Where did you get that?!” and you can respond – I made that. I made that with my hands!
Okay I might not say the last sentence since usually I’m pretty modest, but inside I am smiling and screaming “SOMEONE LIKED MY CREATION!”
Don’t get me wrong. I love getting positive feedback from other people, but there is nothing more satisfying than seeing Luna waiting patiently by the kitchen for my latest concoction, devouring it immediately, and begging for more, more, more.
It stops becoming awesome though when she starts howling at you that you only gave her 17 treats and she obviously deserves 20.
Don’t worry I don’t actually give her 17 dog treats in one sitting, but I have been working on a number of Valentine’s Day recipe and craft ideas.
